being on the internet has ruined my life but i dont know what the alternative is. if i go for a walk, id be walking back to my house with my computer inside. i need to drive somewhere all day to do an activity but that probably costs money and people would think im weird, if for instance i stayed at the library for like 8 hours or something. im just autistic and dont know what to do

maybe find a friend, if you don't have one find one off a dating app(they have that as an option i think), learn a skill, go hiking, search for fairs, festivals or events, maybe go volunteering(habitat restoration is pretty common where I am, you just show up and help pull invasive), animal shelter, food drive, food prep kitchen, idk bar, board game shop where they have a selection of games they let you play for free
