Men naturally desire beauty and youth, women desire safety and security. Neither gender can find what they deeply desire. Men do not care to build empires of their own anymore and instead do things to be "beautiful" as a man as if that's all that matters in life. And not lack of effort, women are undateable. They're independent, successful, and largely do things to appear "handsome" and "rugged" rather than beautiful (see: tattoos).There's a lot more to be observed but that is what's happening. Neither men or women can find the kind of partners they're looking for. So instead, they "become" what they're looking for.

It's probably better than jeets driving them given how many they've killed with their bogus credentials and literally shitty driving skills.
They won't last a year because almost all truck drivers (including men) only make it a year before they finally quit. Once they realize they're spending 14 hours a day driving every single day with only about 34 hours off if they use up all their hours of service to reset their hours of service. Then, add in long hauls in which they have to meet the scheduled time of drop off or else get in trouble, then they get reprimanded for even being early. Oh, and let's not forget how even if they use up all their 14 hours driving, there are deliveries that will take up more than that in order to make the deadline. And they cannot go faster because companies are governing their speeds up to 65mph! People who want to get into it are idiotic. They realize it quickly. It's not the "le freedom of the open road" like they think. The DoT has regulated it so far that it is not sustainable. They start missing home within months when they can only spend 34 hours total off during their reset. That's not counting getting home, and coming back to get their truck set up for the next hours of service.

When you have to sit at these warehouses and outlets and docks and shit, that's when the vloggers turn their cameras off.
