>lower back pain
Friendly information that back pain is not real. It's a signal that tells your brain that you are in an unstable position. This goes away if you simply strengthen your back muscles and work on hip mobility. Anyone can do this, regardless of age and fitness, by simply starting at a safe and comfortable level.

There are of course tons of exercises on Youtube, but this is a skill you need to learn for yourself and you need to understand exactly where your issue is so it takes some research. If you're really disabled this is a good start and you can continue learning from there:

I unlocked the health code back when I was like 18, so I'm not really worried about my health anymore. Back when I smoked cigs I was. But I quit like 8 years ago or some shit.

People who abuse food and forgo the consequences are the ones who are gonna have health problems later in life.

Fragile grandma: falls once, breaks a hip, and suddenly life gets way harder (or even cut short).

Strong, beefy grandma: falls, maybe laughs it off, pushes herself back up, and keeps moving like nothing happened.

It's not about "looking jacked" at 90+, it's about having enough muscle and balance to protect your skeleton when gravity takes a cheap shot.

That's why building and keeping strength all through life is so critical. People who stay active and strong into their older years aren't just surviving. They're still living on their own terms.

I'm 31 and look/feel early 20s and have zero health issues. Last time I went to a hospital was for a viral disease in my early teens. Literally have people at work assuming Im 21-24.
What I've done:
>Fap at least once/day since I was 16.
>Avoid the sun.
>Use moisturizing SPF cream every day I go outside since 27.
>Be semi-alcoholic for most of my early-mid 20s (probably didn't help)..
>Avoid women and relationships.
>Avoid kids and crowds, so less exposure to viruses.
>Avoid employment until 28.
>Get at least 7.5h of sleep, 9-10h at weekends.
>Walk as often as possible and quickly.
>Avoid fatty foods and fast-food.
>Avoid sugary drinks.
>Have a BMI of 19 for my entire adult life.

i'm 31, fat and diabetic and i'm still doing fine, minus some sleep troubles. no aches or pains. Then again i dont work, which from what i've seen is what the majority of life long joint and back pain come from
>you should work out, you could die of a heart attack any day now
counting on it, it didnt happen at 30, it aint gonna happen now
>>
>>83853603
Yes, that happens to the average modern golem who has been poisoned and deprived of nutrients since before they were born. It doesn't have to be that way
