Vintage Story, the game started off as a minecraft mod but the developer got frustrated with how limited working with that dogshit game was so made his own game entirely instead. If you've ever played Terrafirmacraft it's a lot like that but with also a lot of its own identity (it's an incredibly SOVLful game.) Lots of in-depth survival and crafting mechanics

I really enjoy this game, my problem is finding a place to settle down in can take awhile and multiple plus worlds and even then once I do find a spot I'm constantly doubting myself about its location and it can be very fatiguing. I realize I'm being retarded but after I get through that hump with it then its great to play, especially with someone else. I turn down hunger to 75% and make the tool durability go up to 200% because I'm in it for the comfy but one day I want to try a challenge run.

Last thing OP is you might want to wait to start a new world, a new update is being released soon that will change up worldgen and a bunch of other things and the old saves won't be compatible.
