Why does everyone pretend that women are equal? Literally everyone admits that women have extremely poor judgment and on average illogical. (They can become supremely illogical when they become emotional or ego hurt). Im the ceo of a small airline company and 60 percent of women pilots are scared to do basic pilot duties and 95 percent of male pilots talk shit on all of them. I respect the women that they refuse to do certain things because their fear overcomes their ego but its still messed up. And ive checked all my male pilots vs female pilots social media posts and the females have 450 percent more post mentioning they are a pilot. I understand the incels are bitter and shit but theyre kinda right and im sick and tired of dealing with Ego, feelings, lies and unnecessary crap

You wouldn't think a man who is a cripple isn't an equal And being overcome by fear also doesn't equal to being illogical that's more so a difference in stress response and neuroticism
