Do any other incels have social anxiety? A girl stared at me on multiple occasions today in a class I'm taking and I wasn't sure if she was staring because I look weird and haven't shaved (I look like pic related). But I dropped my spaghetti and couldn't maintain her gaze, several times.

>>84000660I've struggled with it basically all my life since about I was 15-16. Went to therapy but stopped because it did nothing for it and I ended up wasting a lot of money. At one point they tried to give me SSRIs but I really didn't want to turn into a zombie. Maybe it would have helped if I had gone at an earlier age, who knows. The social anxiety is pretty bad too, I can barely function when I'm out with or around people. I intermittently self-medicate with alcohol which is the only thing that makes me feel somewhat normal in social situations. It sucks though because years of alcohol abuse have started to finally catch up with me.
