people my age make commercials, run for office, manage NGOs, head kitchens, work for the fucking FBI have dinner parties have kids and houses and cars... i post here
>>84000772Insert ryan gosling "I POST" here
>>84000772Stop comparing yourself to the top 1% of your graduation class and realize the bottom 90% are probably just as average as you. It's the biggest mistake you can do using social media
>>84000772And me? I drive
>>84000772>i post here
well so? all those jobs take too much effort trying to understand people.
>>84000772same>>84002909I have milk but no cereal
>>84002909People are just dishonest, sneaky garbage. It's not understanding them that's difficult, it's having to suffer through your interactions with them. Most of what OP listed amounts to fake work for nepobabies anyway. You don't just suddenly run an NGO or obtain political office.
>>84000772Would doing any of those things make you happy? Does posting here even make you happy?
>>84000772You can do all those things and still post here. Im a 38 year old business and home owner and I've been posting here since I was literally 15 years old. Nothing matters. Society is fake and gay. All your accomplishments mean nothing in the end. The only thing that matters is what you want to matter.
>>84000772I don't want to do any of the major things normies do. I don't want to buy a house, don't want a wife, don't want kids, don't want to be a manager or CEO, don't want to run for office, don't want to go to dinner parties. All of that stuff comes with too much commitment and debt for my liking. I just have my decent, above-average wage office job, live with my mom and wait for the day when my savings/investments/inheritance become large enough for me to quit my job and isolate with my hobbies.By normie standards, my money stat is maxed while everything else is bottom-tier and it's all on purpose.
>>84003028how much do you think you need for that?
>>84003067I live in a 2nd world Euro country where everything is a lot cheaper than in the US and there's universal healthcare. So I'm aiming for about 300k Euro (~350k USD). If things keep going like they're going now, I'm gonna make it around 40. My inheritance is already half of that + a place to live, maybe two. All I have to do is never marry (divorce rape risk) and never have kids (don't like them anyway). Other than that, I don't even have to care about my spending, because I'm not consumeristic anyway. I save so much money by not having a mortgage and not paying rent and not having a family that I can sometimes afford to splurge on cool stuff, like a nice GPU or laptop.
