I would warn against all cosmetic procedures other than maybe getting braces.I got a hair transplant and it didn't look nearly as good as I'd hoped and actually made my confidence and self-perception worse, in addition to being a waste of money. These surgeries often don't come out like you were picturing and I think in most cases it's better to let a sleeping dog lie and not fuck with what God gave you.
