Just found out you're not supposed to put water in your ear during a shower.

Should be fine unless you use like well water or something

I didnt
Though I'm not worried about infection so much as I'm worried why it feels like I have water stuck in there now

If your ears are completely cleaned of wax, water doesn't get stuck in your ears anymore. You just tilt your head and it dribbles out right away.

Do not use q-tips to clean wax from your ear, use hydrogen peroxide instead. Use a bulb-syringe and drip some in your ear. It'll feel cold and you'll hear it bubbling. Once the bubbling stops, drain your ear at the sink and use warm water to rinse it out. You'll notice chunks of wax coming out. Keep repeating this with each ear until no more wax comes out and the peroxide doesn't bubble anymore when you put it in your ear.

It feels pretty amazing to have 100% wax free ears. You hear a lot better and like I said, water won't get stuck in your ears anymore. You'll be very surprised just how much wax is in there.

I had a doctor do this once, I can never get it to work well at home because I don't think I can get the water pressure right to dislodge the wax. Part of the reason I'm in this situation is I was trying to get rid of some wax I thought was in there.

Hydrogen peroxide sounds dangerous, why not just use those ear wax loosening drops

That works too, but 3-5% hydrogen peroxide feels good. It's all cold and tickly at first, then it gets warmed up by your body temp and you just listen to it. I rolled up a towel to use as a pillow on my bathroom floor. Takes about 15 mins or so for it to stop bubbling. I guess that's one advantage of the peroxide, you know when it's finished working. Then just rinse using the bulb syringe and warm water.

I did this almost 10 yrs ago and now i just keep my ears completely clear, once a month or so. Just read my phone while it bubbles it all away.

This is the bulb-syringe. You dribble peroxide in your ear with it first, then suck up warm water with it to spray out the loosened wax.

Riding on this comment, EarWax MD is legit. You leave it in your ear, tilt your head and stay like that for a half hour (just lie down) and with the bulb syringe that comes with the bottle you flush it out and the wax actually breaks down.

are you too retarded for qtips or simply tilting your head to the side?

>chronic ear infections
>on well water
>still sometimes let it in, constantly blast myself with Q-tips
>eventually they stop being a problem
>who cares
>kill niggers
