men are supposed to be confident blah blah blah. sure you might look good but theres always some subtle signs that there isnt something right with your face after plastic surgery.
is it a huge turn off if a moid got plastic surgery to look better? im about 50/50 on this because foids dont have issues with kpop twinks getting plastic surgery to look good.

It always looks like crap, same as hair transplants, especially after few years as you get older and your natural parts change. And yeah, it screams lack of confidence.
But "men" these days literally have a makeup routine, so, you can always get some troon for a partner
