I wish I had been born early enough to experience the 90s. They looked so hopeful and optimistic and REAL. The last decade before digital shit took over the world.

I love the technology, the music, the fashion. Everything just looked so much better and less fake.

>duh i was born in le wrong generation
Yes, I was.

You were born just in time for me to viciously pound your anus.

The 90s were good. Having fast modern internet and smartphones is nice too though.

more like you lived through a period where your state was in uncontestable superdominance and extreme prosperity and you were too young, spoiled, naive and blind to suffer for anything

Well yeah
I'm sure if I was alive back then I wouldn't have cared because I wouldn't know anything about the future.

I don't think that has anything to do with OP's topic. The US still has the largest GDP in the world and most people aren't willing to invest in China as an alternative because they have a bad history of screwing with their markets.

yeah. i guess i was being kinda accusatory, there. the 00's are the same for me.

The worst part about the post y2k world is that they let Indians live in human countries.

I didn't even notice this thread was already up.
>I still at least have memories of a time before the world went to complete shit, the world itself was a little bit brighter, more colorful, experiences were genuine, and there was at least an illusion of hope for the future.
