I scrolled tiktok for tips on how to lose weight and I came across this thing called the primal diet (I've heard about it before but this is a good thread starter). Basically you eat like a caveman retard and you eat everything on cutting boards made out of wood for some reason. On top of that many primal retards will recommend you to eat raw meat even going as far as eating raw chicken. I don't have the healthiest diet but you'd have to be a retard to think that giving yourself salmonella is healthy.

Eating only red meat and only using wood dinnerware is great for your health. Raw red meat is debatable because it's very difficult to find sources of meat that have been handled properly to not introduce bacteria. Blue or rare steak is safe because the bacteria is usually only on the outside and a quick sear with make it safe to eat. But you pretty much have to raise your own animal, slaughter it yourself, and eat it immediately if you want to consume fully raw meat safely. The next best thing would be to salt/smoke the meat and sterilize it that way while keeping it technically raw (uncooked). Chicken in general though, and especially raw chicken is a terrible idea.

Don't follow Goatis' advice on eating raw. Aajonus Vonderplanitz is whom I can mostly agree with

How can a restriction diet be good for you? Without some carbs most people feel like shit.

That's another guy that I've heard about.

What's bad about restricting your diet to something that provides complete nutrition and zero harm? And yes, everyone will feel like shit if they've never gone without carbs because the body isn't used to using its fat-based metabolism and your cells will be screaming for energy. After two or three weeks your fat metabolism will be up and running and you'll feel at the very least fine, if not amazing. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming from a standard western diet to dive directly into a meat-based ketogenic diet, but to slowly decrease their carbs and and plant food while increasing their animal meat and fat intake. If you even just eat standard plant-inclusive keto for a few months then transition into more animal based or full carnivore then it's totally painless.

I think you all deserve what you get. Someone in good faith could try and effortpost to explain weightloss to you from straight out of a biology textbook and how to optimize it, minmax it, promise you quick results with tried and true empiricism as well as rational logic, and you'd handwave it entirely and go "nah I got this, I know what I'm doing" and then fuck around for months doing nothing but watching random bullshit and juggling e-celebs, fucking with your bone density and muscle mass going on extended dietary fasts, invent some new retarded shit, et cetera. Be ugly and mentally ill forever. Have fun.

I'm on the milk diet and it's amazing, it's genuinely changed my life for the better
>>
>>84012124
i almost do this half the time, when i get tired of making complicated meals. i never went full raw though. usually my meat is burnt on the outside and raw on the inside (my stovetop is broken, it always emits the maximum amount of heat possible). when i do it, i also eat fruit, raw carrots, raw celery sticks, blueberries, and yoghurt

I wish I could get raw milk in my state for anything approaching a reasonable price.

I think there's a loophole I heard about in usa you could try where you buy raw milk labeled as pet food

No one even sell that here. Only place I can get it is from herdshares that charge like $20 a gallon. I fucking hate my state. I'm saving up to move to the midwest and it just so happens it's legal in the state I wanna move to. The city I'm interested in even has several stores that sell it. Ultimately I just want to have milk sheep when I buy land in a few years.
