Women have a short evolutionary window of purpose. Nature essentially spends all it's energy on women between teenage years to mid 20s to make them as sexually attractive and fertile as possible. This is also why girls reach puberty quicker etc. Beyond that women only need to be physically fit enough to simply care for kids etc. The male form is less specific evolutionarily.
