Seriously how can this be? Your body burns tons of calories daily and all your body fat is far more well distributed if compared to a short person. Im 169cm (5'6"5) tall and I weight around 55kg (123lbs). I have no problem on keeping my weight. Yet, I seen guys who are 6ft+ and are completly fat asses. If youre tall and fat, please answer me, HOW?? Unless you suffer from hipotiroidism or are taking any anti psychotic, you would REALLY need to put efford on it
No idea bro, im 6'4" and regularly go to the gym. Im not super visibly obese but im still fat, probably about 25% or so. I also have a job that keeps me fairly occupied running around for 10 hours a day and only eat dinner since I can't afford to eat breakfast and lunch right now. My best guess is alcohol, I drink 2-3 days a week usually just a beer or two.

A good chunk of us are fatasses who sit around doing nothing all day, that's how people gain weight and develop pain problems as they get older. Its pretty simple to lose weight, eat less, drink plenty of water and walk around for at least two hours a day. Excersising 2-3 days helps and you build up from there. I was 130kg at 5"11 last August, now I'm 116kg and 3xl clothes are too baggy for me now. It's gets easier everyday, the hard part is getting up to keep on doing it.

I drink a lot of alcohol. Used to be skinny all my life up until I started to make drinking a daily part of my diet. With booze my 6'3 frame likes to hover around 180-190lbs for the last ~10 years. That's a change of +40lbs, so like 120,000 calories. The math doesn't add up though because that's roughly 150 liters, or 200 bottles. I drink more than that, a bottle a day at least + beer and sometimes gin or whiskey. Conservative estimate would put that at 97lbs in a daily bottle of wine alone. Now that I think about it I've never given any thought to how weight is measured and tracked. Kind of assumed it was a year long thing because that's the four seasons accounting for the cycle of foods available in season, pretty well tracking the smallest/finest unit of typical changes in a person's diet over time. So where's the missing 57lbs? I read once that calories from alcohol can't be converted to fat but it didn't sound right because it's possible to live off wine alone for a long time. That's one of the European genetic adaptations not present in asian or injun populations. More broscience, but it's often repeated that body metabolism gets more efficient with age. It's really strange to look at the numbers and see more than 50% of expected weight gain is completely missing.
