you're telling me you didn't have friends even in elementary school?
tell me about your old elementary school friendship.

in grade 1 i had a friend named nicholas and he invited me to his birthday party and i played donkey kong on his snes. also funnily enough we had frogs in our class that we got to see go through the stages of development.
in grade 2 i don't really remember having any friends, but there was this girl danielle that sat beside me and should would pounce on me every 5 minutes and it upset me quite a bit. but i don't really remember friends from that grade...
after that i went to a different school.

I didn't make any myself, I had to be forced to by the teachers. As soon as I left elementary school it took me until I was 17 to make friends again.

I didnt realize that the exact moment elementary school ended, those 'friendships' would end with it. Showed me exactly how shallow human connection is. Some of my classmates stayed in contact im pretty sure but not with me

My thought process was that there wasn't a point in chaining myself to people so I self isolated as early as first grade
