Fat people should be studied. I eat ice cream, chocolate, a pound of meat, and chocolate milk literally every day yet I never went above 195 lbs(I'm 6'0)
And no, I'm not a gym tard, I just swim 2 times a week

Its the opposite. People with slow metabolism feel less hunger and as a result eat less on average. They also have much more mild insulin spikes. Fatties are the ones with fast metabolism. Metabolsim has nothing to do with how much calories you spend. It just shows how fast your body dissolves the food you eat. Fast metabolism produces more calories per day (if you consume say same amount of food as someone with slow metabolism, for whom calorie production will be more spread out), how you spend them is up to you.


I wonder how do I make this stupid myth about fast vs slow metabolism die. People dont understand how it work at all, its completely upside down.


To answer OP. Most fat people were fat since childhood, because of their dumbass parents. and it really fucks them over, because fat cells basically dont die. if you create extra fat cells for yourself, they will stick with you for 10-15 years. In practice only 2% can starve themselves long enough for their extra adipocytes to die off for good. For most people they will be constantly fighting windmills because as they lose weight their adipocytes wont "burn", they will just dry up and shrink and then become even more and more resilient and cunning every time they get a chance rehydrate themselves.

Not him but I'm 32 and 150lbs at 6'2''. I have been around 150 since my teens. I also eat chocolate, mostly bird meat and all the exercise I get is walking about 1.5miles a day.
My parents are slim/average in their 60s as well without dieting or being that active. And they are younger-looking and healthier than most people their age. Clearly something genetic is going on and fat people are defective, either metabolically or mentally for eating way more than they need.
