The secret ingredient is this which is like 70-80% protein by weight. Instead of ~$15-20/lb protein powder I've just been eating this which is ~$2/lb protein. Eyeball napkin math, be lenient with me if I'm slightly wrong

I started lifting again yesterday after a month long pause and today my ass/legs are sore as fuck and I feel good but I'm so tired since I watched a stream of my waifu yesterday and doing my workout late in the day disrupted my sleep a bit. Today at work I felt so warm due to my muscles being sore as fuck and now I could just manage to put two protein bars into my face-hole.

I lost over 100lbs in a year eating 75-90% of my calories from fat. Anywhere from 3k-6k calories of just beef/sheep/goat meat and fat per day, with a little dairy. Went from 270 to 170. There are a lot of nutrients in red meat and its fat that are important for human health which are lacking in other foods, even other kinds of meat.

Lamb is great. I wanna raise sheep when I buy land and eat that every day. It's so good.
