Every week I try to do a reset with her. Ill see her once or twice and we spend a lot of time together. Then I try to ignore her until she's back. Sometimes I cant resist temptation so I will dm her. Other times she dm's me first. When we see eachother again I try to be distant and she starts asking me what's wrong and tries being even closer to me. I want to ghost her but at this time there's no way around seeing her once or twice a week. It feels wrong to ghost her and I want to tell her we cant be friends because I like her and the situation is making life difficult in the office. Yet still I worry she wont have any friends at work since her whole team is remote and im one of the few people who arent native speakers of her language that she wants to hang out with.
