Just got back from the vets. The vet confirmed the worst he does appear to have little to no vision although I think he still has vision remaining in one eye. Feel sick from worry but have to remain strong for the cat and his brother. Both are 17 so can imagine it's only downhill from here in terms of their health but that's life. At least he has still has his hearing, that I'm sure of.
