I was going to write something like this. All narcissists love raping children because children are the most vulnerable people, therefore the amount of power a narcissist can exercise upon them is the highest. Narcissists will happily follow either political spectrum, any religion, and change sexuality on a whim; their lives revolve around obtaining power and abusing other people, anything else is less important than that to them.

Yeah this is exactly what NPD is, and from what I have researched people aren't sure if cluster B personality disorders are genetically inherited, developed through trauma, or a combination of both. Personally I lean towards genetics with trauma being the trigger that starts the actual development of the disorder. My mom and my younger brother both have BPD, so I have spent a lot of personal time looking into this

It's because right wing ideology worships kids. Most think that reproducing is literally the meaning of life. They revolve their entire lives around kids. They hate is born from their love of kids. They often fantasize about torturing someone trying to touch their kid, it makes them feel good. It's not healthy. The pedo boogieman they fear is a part of themselves. Which is why fantasizing about torturing them and saving their kid is cathartic.
