I'm a hikikomori so all my dreams are just my day-to-day life, sometimes random mashups of the 3 places I see (hospital, home, employment office that I go to for free health insurance)
It's to a point where if I go from a hospital to home all of a sudden I just assume it's brainfog before waking up to the real world.
