my white friend wont move to any town that is mostly white because she says white people are boring but actually she mostly hangs out with other white people also she is white. what is the term for this phenomena?

I knew a guy like this. He went to an Ivy League university. Socialist communist type. Wanted to be around non-whites and spent time on leftist websites. It's called being a champagne liberal. He's affluent and privileged.
