I'll tell you one reason. I used to be super depressed all the time and even almost accidentally suicided before.

The one reason why you should never give up is because we are all so damn retarded when it comes to imagination. There's no way you can ever know what small butterfly effect can lead you into some amazing friendships or experiences. The smallest little decision could change your entire life. I've seen it happen quite a few times.

Killing yourself is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. If and when you back out or fail to kill yourself, you're gonna feel like a real idiot when you're stuck in grippy sock jail for a week. (Ask me how I know.)

Doing psychedelic drugs also made me appreciate my life; not only through the profound insights I've made while on them, but also when I've come down from a bad trip where I'm stuck in the realm of weeping and gnashing of teeth for 1000 years.

Personally, my main reason to live is to be the best me I can be. The realest and truest version of myself. Sounds gay, I know, but we're all gonna meet Death anyway so I'd rather go out as buff as I could've been, having mastered the skills I wanted to learn, and created all the art I envisioned.

Also good/fun relationships (platonic or romantic) make staying alive worthwhile too. And sex :3
