I WILL eat raw swordfish and goat liver
you consume more meat than most peopleim not sure how you are still alive
>>84165259I used to eat 2-3 pounds of raw pork every day with a lot of sour cream and unsalted butter. Back then I also ate a lot of fruit with sour cream throughout the day. The fruits were mostly pineapples, oranges, watermelons, and cantaloupes. It was a good way to gain weight

I DID eat a raw mandarin orange with pasteurized unsalted butter

>>84165240You shouldn't eat so much raw meat, anon. What about the parasites, you don't wanna get parasites. I appreciate your moxy tho. There's some guy in CA, USA that only eats spoiled meat. Puts steaks into mason jars, sticks the jars into a fridge he keeps unplugged, waits for it to start rotting before consuming it. His whole idea being that for much of our history we just ate whatever we could find without cooking it. He hadn't been sick once since starting that.Pork parasites are seriously gross tho and they can end up in your brain. Bad news. Please be careful, anon.

>>84166133Because I've been promoting it here for 3 years. Goatis has also steadily gained a lot of popularity during those 3 years, particularly in the blackpill algorithms.
>>84166221does the meat make you high?
>>84166246Eating raw meat makes me feel great. I've eaten 3 jars of high meat before, which made me feel even better than "fresh" raw meat, but the high meat had a bad taste and smell. I made the high meat with previously frozen raw meat, which makes everything about it less appealing. Aajonus also recommended against using previously frozen raw meat for high meat
>>84166270i feel like only certain people can eat that and not get sick, i dont think everyone can do it.
>>84166282Unadulterated raw meat from a healthy animal can never be unhealthy. It's very difficult to find raw meat that fully meets those standards unless you're a hunter, farmer, or just wealthy. You can get pretty close without being a hunter, farmer, or wealthy if you know what to look for. Most of the raw meat I've eaten has been the cheapest pork loin available at Walmart (less than $2 per pound). I've probably eaten 600-800 pounds of it at this point. Most of the health improvements I've had so far occurred while I was eating the cheapest pork, beef, and eggs from Walmart. These all came from highly sabotaged animals which were fed pesticide-ridden grains, plastic, waste products from other industries, etc. They were also given several highly toxic pharmaceutical drugs, and likely exposed to toxic cleaning products. Then their meat was dipped in synthetic citric acid before being packaged in plastic and probably sitting in it for weeks or months before arriving at my house, leaching the entire time. Sometimes it was frozen as well. The superior nutrition still improved my health in spite of all that.

>>84166103There's a lot to know about it if you want to maximize the nutrition and minimize your toxin exposure. In my experience, farmed fish seem to be 100x worse than farmed land animals for some reason. Most salmon is farmed even if it says it's wild-caught due to the existence of hatcheries. In hatcheries they basically farm them for the beginning of their lives then let them out into the wild. Farming is an issue because they feed them highly unnatural and toxic diets, they toxify the animals with pharmaceutical drugs, and more. This all results in a partially toxic, less nutritious, and worse tasting food item, so ideally you wouldn't eat fish that have any farms or hatcheries at all. I eat swordfish and alaskan flounder because there are no farms or hatcheries for them. Other flounder species don't meet these standards though. Freshwater fish are also (generally) more toxic than saltwater fish from pollution. There's obviously much less water available in freshwater for diluting any industrial toxins that may be dumped into it when compared to oceans. A fish's toxin exposure is also going to be worse the closer they are to any source of industrial toxicity. Some freshwater fish are surely fine to eat, but I haven't researched freshwater fish enough to know which ones from which locations are good. I simplify by just eating saltwater fish, avoiding everything from the gulf of america, and having a strong preference for fish that live in very cold waters. I want the ones from very cold waters because they're made to withstand very cold temperatures well, which of course means their nutrients are preserved well at cold temperatures. Freezing and cooking cause nutrient destruction/loss, but freezing is less damaging. You can minimize the damage dealt by freezing by eating animals that naturally live in very cold places. It's great if you intend to freeze any of your meat. It's fine to eat farmed shellfish specifically; they live naturally when they're farmed.
>>84166133It's the same guy spamming the same food over and over
>>84166860>spammingYet you never comment on all the ragebait jannies post here constantly
>>84166103When I mentioned farmed shellfish, I meant filter feeders in particular. Oysters, mussels, clams, etc. Another reason I choose saltwater fish is because they tend to have a much more complete mineral profile due to the ocean being saturated with every mineral. Mercury poisoning from saltwater fish is nonsense too. These fish pretty much always have more selenium than mercury. Selenium's affinity to bind with mercury is one of the strongest affinities ever observed. They form mercury selenide when they come together, which is totally inert and indigestible. When you eat raw fish, the mercury and selenium will be freed during digestion and nearly all of the fish's mercury will end up bound with its selenium. The tiny amount of mercury that could get into your bloodstream during this is easily detoxified, and the rest of the nutrients you get from the raw fish directly power your body's ability to detoxify itself from mercury. This is also without considering other foods which may be consumed alongside the raw fish. If you ate a raw fish with a bad selenium-to-mercury ratio, it could be remedied by simply eating some other raw meat with a good selenium-to-mercury ratio alongside it. Eating an extra source of fat would help too. I eat unsalted butter with all my raw meat
>>84166860I've encountered several other raw meat eaters on this board, and they're more common now than ever before
