I'm going to stop eating until I lose 20kgs.If I lose 250g of body weight a day (hopefully fat) burning calories through bodily function and some light exercise it will only take me around 3 months of fasting.
>>84167630not working anon, not sustainable. Coming from an ex fatty who lost that weight. Go on a more sustainable diet, give yourself a longer timeframe, and focus on satiety and calories. Find some exercise that you like to do, even if it's just walking, and do it everyday.
>>84167630How much do you weigh currently?
>>84167630I haven't looked at this in a long timeBut if I remember, your body wants to conserve fat and would rather "burn off" muscle first Also, with the reduced calorie count, the body says "oh shit,I'm not getting enough calories, let's slow the metabolism" so your body stops shedding muscle and fat and you don't lose weightI think your body is only comfortable shedding fat when you get enough calories, and it thinks things are ok, do more exercise to burn fat
Is it really that hard for people to understand TDEE - 500cal, and walk at 30 minutes per day?Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Shit doesn't work long term and does more damage to the body.
You will go into hypoglicemic coma if you exercise without eating anything at all

>>84167630OP, you will only lose muscle that way.

>>84167630>3 months of fasting>20 kgin 3 months of healthy weight loss you could burn 15 kgs, half of that, without risking of going bald and feeling tired all the time. Dont be tupid
