I'm trying to build up to fixing my life I've been waking up at 7am and going to bed roughly around 10-11pm every night But then I get up and don't really do much I'm cleaning my room right now and it's not the trash or the dirty clothes that's the problem, it's the piles of unsorted shitI need to expunge all the useless hoarder shit I'm also trying to eat healthier and exercise But even when I wake up early I just end up sitting around for hours I'm thinking of doing something automatic like, 100% always cleaning the bathroom for 10-20minutes every day to try and get the engine moving. Idk
