Have you been misdiagnosed? All this time I had major depressive disorder with psychotic features. How did so called "professionals" miss this for YEARS
>>
I'm at the stage in my life where I finally said "fuck it, I'll try taking the pills". I've been going to a psychiatrist and so far he has prescribed medications for three things I clearly do not have, schizophrenia, bipolar, and ADHD. I told him my symptoms most closely match OCD and he doesn't appear to care. He gets paid good money to be fucking retarded. Predictably none of the pills have done anything thus far.

Why do you keep taking the pills?

Most people are retarded, including doctors. The lesson? Never go to the doctor. Die naturally as your ancestors before you. Deny the healthcare industry a payout.

My ancestors didn't have the modern lifestyle where you have to have a bullshit job to live. My condition has gotten in the way of my career

Get a different career, then. Maybe stop wasting your life with bullshit.

OH thanks I didn't think of that, I'm cured now and everything's set into place for me

*folds hands* What do you want to be when you grow up?
>>
>>84170076
Mentally and financially stable
>>
>>84170120
Does your current job provide that?
If not, what's missing?
If so, are you sure that's what you want?
>>
>>84170147
I don't have a job right now lol

Then it's the perfect time to choose a direction. 80 years is a very short amount of time.

There's a side effect that has completely destroyed my hunger, making eating right extremely easy. I like that part so I keep taking it.
>>

Adderall, I'm assuming?
>>
>>84170552
No, it's actually a non-stimulant for ADHD which to me seems counter-productive. As you might imagine, it does fuck all for my focus or rumination, but it does dramatically reduce appetite. I used to find comfort in good food but now that factor has been completely removed.

I don't go to therapy I'm not a woman

Yep. Actual diagnosis: ADHD Combined Type. Was diagnosed with Bipolar, Social Anxiety D/O, multiple personality disorders, panic disorder, etc. Even dumbass psychologist at the medical center (went to a comprehensive center for physical and mental health) did a full psych eval and did a generic diagnosis ("it's just depression and anxiety bro! Just continue with you meds and therapy, bro! I didn't give you the obvious OTSD diagnosis, but I'm going to give you a reading assignment with a whiny manifesto and texrboon call The Body Keeps Score about PTSD!")

Left and went somewhere else, took psych eval results including med records, the new psychologist smacked his head saying I was mistreated (and gaslighted) for over a decade, did another full psych eval, gave me ADHD as one of the diagnoses (others where general anxiety disorder and PTSD, not the eight the old ones did that included borderline pd and histronic pd) and the new doctor gave me methylphenidate and guanfacine for it. Everything has significantly improved since then. That was two years ago, and I've on my went up one dose on the methylphenidate.

Glad I steered a lot of people away from that bad with negative review. Since I did, others posted theirs saying the same thing. Sometimes it just takes one to say it to bring others to do it as well.

Im diagnosed bipolar and sometimes wonder if im not

yeah while its true im prone to psychotic episodes theyre usually accompanied with large amounts of substance abuse and stress

also i compare myself to other people with bipolar and im way more functional than them, i hold down a job and i dont really have mood swings or anything, in fact when im in remission im totally asymptomatic, im also on way less meds than them

I probably am still bipolar but i guess im just higher functioning idk
