I think it does not make any sense. Because 4chan is used to be fair to anybody. 4chan didn't need to offer such a convenience just for a few morons who couldn't pass the captcha. It would have been better if there was no pass. I think this is nothing more than a privilege offered by 4chan to people who have money but are stupid.
