Man listen you ever see somebody get mad about attention like it is a limited resource like there is a guy somewhere with a clipboard handing it out one piece at a time no more attention for you we ran out at noon come back tomorrow

You sitting there mad at posts getting attention like they won the lottery meanwhile your own life is over here buffering like bad wifi you are refreshing the same frustration over and over thinking that is gonna fix it that is like yelling at the TV during a game like the players can hear you calm down coach they are not putting you in

And then people start using words they barely understand like gynocentric like they just unlocked a new level in a video game now suddenly everything is a conspiracy nah sometimes people just click on what they like it is not that deep it is not a council meeting deciding who gets attention today it is just people being bored at two in the morning

You know what the real problem is nobody wants to admit they care about attention but everybody does you post something you check it five times in ten minutes like maybe it blew up maybe I am famous now no you got two likes and one of them is your cousin who likes everything including pictures of food that do not even look good

At the end of the day you cannot control what people look at you can only control what you do so instead of getting mad at what gets attention maybe put that energy into something worth paying attention to

Because being mad at attention is like being mad at traffic it is always gonna be there and yelling about it just means you are the one stuck honking while everybody else keeps moving

Where I come from you do not get extra points for acting like nothing matters you just look like the one guy at the family party who thinks being loud is a personality

You talking about morals like they are optional like a side of fries nah man that is the whole meal that is how you know who you are when nobody is watching

And I get it you on the internet thinking it is the wild west everybody pretending they do not care but even out there somebody has to be the one saying hey maybe do not act like a broken shopping cart rolling downhill

You ever notice the people who clown on morals the hardest are the same ones who get real sensitive the second something happens to them suddenly they got standards now

I got this big beard long hair looking like I just walked out of a philosophy class I did not pass but even I know this if you brag about not caring you are not edgy you are just announcing you got no brakes

So yeah maybe it sounds redundant to you but sometimes repeating the obvious is the only way it finally sinks in like hey maybe do not be that guy everybody remembers for the wrong reason
