You're probably not eating as much as you think. Most people who can't gain weight aren't, and most people who can't lose weight are eating too much but don't think they are

Fat people eat 3 meals a day, probably 1500 calories for dinner and 750 for the other meals. They don't think they're eating that much because their lunch and breakfast are actually reasonably modest, but truth is they're just never really hungry and respond to any pang of hunger by eating until they are full. On top of this, snacking throughout the day, likely around a thousand calories worth, and then a bunch of soda/flavoured milks for liquid calories

I exclusively date fat women so I know this is what they do. It's really not difficult, it's really not even wanton gluttony, it's just a lifestyle to get used to.
