If a job tells me I have to make a video 'selling myself' just to be considered as part of the interview process, I am absolutely losing my shit. Long gone are the days where you could just walk in and get a PAPER application which would be looked over by a human. Even farther are the days where a simple smile and a handshake was all it took.
