How do I stay the same person? My self perception and perception of the world, people, life, society, always changes and then I'm a completely new person. I don't want to be this way. I don't want anything I could tell you about myself to be a lie because it will eventually change and every value will change with it. Why am I like this.

You will be several different people throughout your lifetime. Depending on where you are, what you're doing, and how you cope with random problems that arise. You will have very little actual control over who these people are.

Just the fact you're noticing that you change means you're ahead of 80% of the populace who just go along with the flow. Remembering who you were and what you once valued is important, if you don't hold that deep in your mind it will fade away and you'll just be someone else who wouldn't recognize younger you.
