Why are americans so obsessed with drugs? They have entire cities where people are dying and od'ing in the open streets for everyone to see. Here in Europe I don't even know anyone that does any other drugs regularly aside from maybe alcohol on the weekends and cigarettes if you consider those 2 drugs.
