What is the path to becoming rich? I live with my parents and have no expenses but I am poor myself and am close to 30. What can you do with measly savings to make the best of it all?

Bitcoin only seems to do well when the world seems like it's doing fine and people are bored and looking to put their money into something. If the world flips on its head, then I would probably lose a lot of money, and it seems more chaotic than ever.
