>>84274166wet food is better for them. dry food makes them poop too much, only issue with wet food is it doesn't let them clean their teeth the way dry food does, so they'll have tooth problems if you don't give them dental treats.

I woke up at 5 am to feed the ones (normal time). Cats just have personality some wanna meow and annoy you all night some are quiet and are content with waiting until food time comes around. My little one likes to purr and knead and make little mews in my ear to wake me up. The big one never bothers me she just stands in the hallway and looks into my eyes and waits silently. Cats are more about food related negotiations than dogs. Like you can't really yell at a cat to go lay down like you could a dog they're not like that usually

>>84274187That has nothing to do with the type of food you're feeding it. You set their feeding schedule. As soon as you wake up at 5 AM and feed them, they start to expect breakfast at 5 AM. If you ignore them when it's not feeding time, they'll stop expecting it.
