I made a post a month ago how hard it is to actually lose any weight let alone 10+kg. Since then I not only did not lose weight but actually gained few kilos despite tracking food and calories. I "snap" and want to grab fast food late at night. I regret it after but it feels like a endless cycle that will never stop. Maybe it is not discipline thing and I should just get some drugs or ozempic.
>>84287532Yeah I agree. I eat healthy for weeks only to lose like 4 pounds and for the scale to go up sometimes. It's obnoxious. Idk how people do it. I must have a slow af metabolism or smth
>>84287532If you get Ozempic, you'll start having heart problems, same as Mounjaro. Just get discipline, I know it is hard as I am trying to lose weight too. Everytine I only diet and not exercise, my body fat % goes up, if this helps you.
>>84287532Have you tried jacking off instead of eating? I've been doing that lately and it's pretty gr8. Idk maybe replace stress eating with another addiction that won't make you fat
I lost 40 pounds in 3 months just lifting weights 3x a week (30-40 mins each time) and changing nothing about what I ate but I don't eat goyslop, and the workouts were serious like 40-60k total pounds in reps
Not just eating you need exercise and also good sleep. Without any of the three forget about fast progress, will be slow and frustrating
>>84287532Just fast in the mornings or evenings
It's literally the opposite of an activity, how do fatbodies not understand losing weight goes hand in hand with laziness, it's the easiest thing you could possibly do, you get zero sympathy
i lost like 20 lb in like 2015ish. i got into a bad car accident in the icu, into another hospital got my right arm working, rehab got my right arm working. before my car accident i used to workout every day.
>>84287532Have you tried just calling someone when you have the urge to eat late at night and telling them what's happening? Have you tried doing fasts, so you can get used to the feeling of not having food for short periods of time, so it doesn't feel as much like a hopeless task? Have you tried reading when your hungry? Have you tried prebiotics and probiotics? Have you tried the church? Have you tried going to the gym? Have you tried thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail(because then your appetite and weight is an advantage.)?
Keto is easy if you to the electrolytes correctly. Just make it past the first month and you're good. Losing weight on keto is a breeze
>>84287532Look at what you are still eating that could be keeping your cortisol high.Yhea, caffeine has to go.High cortisol makes it impossible to loose weight
>>84287532OP if you get seriously addicted to THC you will literally lose the ability to eat without getting high, and you will start dropping weight hard. i've been unable to get above a BMI of 19 because i can't quit the THC addiction.
>>84287532money helps. money has always helpedhave the time to walk all dayhave the money to pay for exercise classeshave the money to not stress and have low cortisol levels so you pack on muscle more easilyhave the time to get lots of good sleep
