But he hated me deeply and wanted me out of his life forever.

At this point I rather be ignored completely by men not hated. As in no bans from mutual discord server, no discussing me with their discord clique, completely ignored.

I highly doubt this is true at all. Frankly, anyone who starts their story with someone else holding such an extreme belief is often lying, or unintentionally distorting the truth.

Women have a nasty habit of projective identification. That's when someone takes a negative feeling or belief, assigns it to someone, then does everything to validate or make someone fit that belief. Examples are telling third parties who don't know the other person a half-true story so they agree with you, so then you then get a validation loop for the untruth. Or intentionally doing something to make someone act in the manner you believe them to be. Like saying someone is an angry person when they are not, intentionally doing something you know is sensitive and will make them angry, then using them being angry at that action to justify the initial belief.

I am OP and yes he did hate me deeply. He actively got me banned from mutual discord servers instead of leaving me alone and went permanently no contact with me after we hooked up.

So what did you do? You say what he did but aren't talking about the other side of the story. Things don't happen in a bubble.
