>ten hours of sleep >can barely keep my eyes open stillthis is normal right
>>84301617get your thyroid checked fren

>>84301632>>84301689both of these possibilities suck i hope its just my mental illness
>normalIn a way, yes.>healthyNo.I wouldn't automatically assume it's thyroid issues or sleep apnea. This type of issue also effects individuals who aren't very physically active during the day. I'm not going to tell you to exercise more because God knows I don't work out either, but it would likely solve your issue.
>>84301632>>84301689These, you are doing hard athletics, you're on too many medications that make you sleepy, you abuse drugs or alcohol, or you're the kind of mentally ill where you've ruined your life.
This was me. Turns out I was severely iron anemic. Otherwise healthy 27m. Started taking iron supplements and life became so much easier. Dropped my half marathon time by 10 minutes too.
This is me during the semester. I take vitamin D + B + multi, eat well, go to the gym 5 times a week, walk at least 60 min each day, still sleep 12+ hours and feel tired. Thyroid levels are normal (I take meds), everything is okay. It's just depression for me.
I find that after 8 I do feel ready and awake, HOWEVER, the bed is so comfy I don wanna move so I can accidently fall back asleep and then I wake up feeling fucked up
