Even though I have objectively made immense progress in the last year it's hard for me to forgive myself for wasting my teens and then spending the first 8 years of my adult life as a NEET.

I feel a mix of self-loathing and uncertainty at what I should be doing to make up for years spent drunk alone in my room.I hope you're able to work through things and find some peace in the progress you made
