Having an extremely low libido is the reason for my lack of motivation in anything. I feel like if my libido would be higher then i'd have the urge in going out, taking care of my appearance and socialising. How do I even fix this?

It's probably something causing both low overall energy and low libido. Low libido is pretty normal after like 20, unless you're in a relationship.
