do any of you just lie in bed on your phone for 2-3 hours before finally getting in the shower every morning? i got up at 4 AM, it's currently 6:46 AM and i don't want to get out of bed

it's genuinely the hardest part of my day. once i'm showered and dressed things get a lot easier. i don't have trouble falling asleep at night at least.
