I have cripplingly loud tinnitus in one ear
no matter what i do it rings constantly
it's louder than a fan or any noise i can play
I never have silence and can never think about anything anymore

I had some improvement taking cdp choline and methylfolate. Enough that made it bearable. It went away after a few years
