People will say feminism but really it's just a consequence of high advancement + overpopulation. There isn't much of a need to have 10+ kids, babies don't die at 2 years old anymore and they're expensive to have. The only people who have a lot of kids in the modern age are religious people and people who don't use protection. And the birthrate activists only target whites and east asians, you don't see them telling black or brown women who are childless to reproduce. It doesn't apply to everyone else.
