She actually is right, but it's for a flawed reason. Women are always so neurotic with their own hair especially. They dye it or style it in a way which isn't natural to them. And they'll always move on to something else that isn't how it's meant to look. Because women are in a constant state of ingratitude where there's always something about themselves or their environment that can't be left alone.
This isn't a black identity issue, this is a female nature issue.
