How the hell do I stick with learning this same language? I also have coursework and studying, but I really want to stick with this same language. I don't want to change and then repeat the process. I want to be able to study the same language for atleast years, lord knows I've quit and started a new one too many times

You stick with it by having solid goals. Learning a language for the sake of it is a weak goal. Learning for the sake of traveling, with a set flight date, is a stronger goal.
