When you cut them into little pieces like I do, it's difficult to pick them up off the plate. Maybe I should use a fork instead of my hands for once

Chicken meat and eggs are also likely the most toxic out of all the conventionally-farmed raw animal products sold in supermarkets. I'm not as restricted as I used to be with my food budget, so now I'm eating much better stuff.
