I WILL eat raw swordfish and alaskan flounder without any beef adrenal glands since I ran out of them

how was those hearts ?

They were good. Lamb hearts are the only organs I've had so far that taste as good or better than any common muscle meats. The main issue I have with them is how slippery they are. When you cut them into little pieces like I do, it's difficult to pick them up off the plate. Maybe I should use a fork instead of my hands for once

what are your future plans for meat purchases ?

have you drank raw eggs ?

This week I'll try to get another pound of argentine red shrimp and do a more thorough treatment to get rid of the sodium metabisulfite on them. I might also get some oysters since I haven't had any in a long time. Other than that I'll probably just get a lot of alaskan flounder. I still have some lamb hearts and 1 goat liver. My next online order will probably just be lamb hearts and goat livers. The raw fat is still extremely overpriced, but if that changes I may buy a lot of it.

At least 10,000, but it has been a while since I had any. I stopped eating them last year because I figured I would get more use out of eating more meat instead. Chicken meat and eggs are also likely the most toxic out of all the conventionally-farmed raw animal products sold in supermarkets. For a long time I ate eggs mainly because I got more nutrients (generally) per dollar from eggs than meat. I'm not as restricted as I used to be with my food budget, so now I'm eating much better stuff.

You ever try spunk? It is fresh, raw produce and excellent in protein and nutrients.

Aren't you worried about parasites when you eat raw meat? I am fine with rare steak and i am curious about raw meat and fermented meat, but the disease risk worries me. I saw an xray of a woman who ate raw pork on the regular and she looked like swiss cheese for all the worms throughout her body.

drink some cum next

No. Helminths don't cause disease. Microbes don't either. All of them would also surely die in my hydrochloric acid, bile, and proteolytic/lipolytic enzymes during digestion regardless. Those substances are especially abundant and powerful in my body too since I eat real food

If you think neither worms nor microbes cause disease, I would be very interested to hear what you think does.
