any exfat/fat robots here who have lost weight or are currently losing weight? how was it, or how is it? I'm a tall guy, but I am fucking fat in the progress of losing weight so I do use /fit/ quite a bit. hopefully by August or so, I'm 205, I'll be happy there.

but the easiest and fastest way to lose weight is to eat 500kcal a day, it hurts at first but then u get used to it :p

I gained a lot of weight because of my meds, but I think I'm getting the hang of it now. I don't have hunger urges like I used. Not really trying but its in my mind that I have to drop some weight. I wish I had a large yard were I could walk endlessly, but my neighbors will think I'm a psycho if I do that. Walking helps alot with losing weight. When I got off my meds. I started to walk for 2 hours everyday and I dropped about 50lbs.

I hate looking fat I need to have some self control, but my mind is so chaotic its hard to focus on one thing and have determination.

I went from 263 to 183 and Id love to lose more but I dont have enough willpower. 6 foot 2 .
It sucked and it still sucks, you stay just as hungry as you were before you lost weight. If I ate what I wanted Id easily balloon back up to where I started.
Just eat less.

I feel you on the self control. I have none of that but I am determined to lose this fat fucking stomach. walking does do wonders though, I felt like I was always getting a heart attack to feeling much better.

Not exactly fat but I used to be chubby at around 205, dropped down to a 140lb skellington, built back up to around 180, mostly muscle. it honestly wasn't bad most of it is just diet and consistency, tho my diet isn't particularly crazy I mostly eat things like cheeseburgers, buffalo chicken sandwiches, pizza, wings, fries, like very stereotypically fat people food I just make em at home with low fat/sugar free ingredients. you can literally eat quadruple decker cheeseburgers every single day and get skinny if you make them with lean ground beef. that's literally all you have to do lol it's extremely simple. lift 3-4 times a week, sleep good, wake up, eat some greek yogurt w honey and granola, scrambled eggs, or a protein bar and some crunchy chickpea/nut/craisin/dark chocolate trail mix I make at home if I'm in a rush and out the door for breakfast, rice and some sort of meat and veg for lunch, a protein drink at some point, fat people thing for dinner and maybe a halo top or protein waffles for dessert. that's been my meal plan for years now and I never get tired of it, add or remove snacks based on whether I'm bulking or cutting.

Short king and oldbot (nearly 40) at 1.7m / 5'5ft so I was rapidly transforming from skinnyfat to fat.
Was around 89kg (196lbs), right now about 73kg (160lbs), body fat also went down from 29% to around 22% now (not an accurate measurement, BIA scale).
Been around 6-7 months now, still dropping weight will probably continue for a while longer before figuring out what to do next (maintenance / gaining muscle).
Started martial arts and dieting, my main motivation was to have an easier time practicing so that helped a lot.
Only downsides are cravings and having to get new clothes.

If any brobots are wondering how to go about it, use one of the AI chat bots and make them count your calories, it's the easiest way to track (I weigh a lot of my food but estimates are good as well).
Or if you don't feel like it just make sure your meals are balanced (quarter plate protein, quarter carbs, half vegg).

I buy a bag each of frozen green beans and broccoli a week and nuke a bowl to go with lunch.

The hard part is staying consistent, you don't have to be perfect all the time - just most of the time.
