Unless you're in your mid 30s now, it isn't a problem at all. You can have your family later, it doesn't have to happen NOW. Just relax a little and find something you enjoy doing and work on from that

I lived the terminally alone sad sack life in my 20s, it became actually nice when I picked up hobbies like motorbikes and mechanics. You need to find something that you enjoy, solo or whatever. Doing things for YOU does great things for your mind. I personally found peace in practical things, maybe give things like that a go if that's your thing.
I lost my KHHV status by 28 and had a family in my 30s. It isn't over

I've convinced myself that my purpose is to have a family. Not having that really fucks with me and I feel like I would be fulfilled if I at least got the chance to take the first step in achieving it.

I don't see the point of trying to get a date. I'm boring, lame, and physically gross. I have no social status. I have no money. I have no dating or sexual experience. I've lost all people who were close to me. All that at the age of 26. There's just no point. I don't have the kind of resilience to bad emotions that would be required to effectively climb out of such a pit. In my case it's more productive to find ways of coping with being a completely alone societal reject.
