What kind of unique hobbies do you guys have? You're not allowed to say gaming, music, movies, or shitposting. I personally keep isopods for fun.

I don't have any hobbies because they're all boring

If those aren't hobbies how are bugs a hobby?
>>
>>84310405
consumption isn't a hobby
>>
>>84310408
You eat the bugs? Is it for flavour or the crunch like a crisp?

If it's not too much to show, may I please see your isopod tank? Or show a similar one or just describe it.
I collect colored bottle caps but they have to be plastic and not have a design on the top. They can range from the size of my pointer finger to as big as my hand. I am going to make a big art project with them eventually. I have more than that picture shows now.
I am also into stamp collecting. Other things I collect are the pull tabs from old style cans like for corned beef, drink stirrers, patches, stickers, and pins.
I also like flower pressing and scrapbooking

You consuming the light from bugs with your eyes isn't a hobbie either

Most of these posts are people complaining that you don't want to talk about video games. Kek

I like gardening and fishing. There's overlap, I get worms from my garden to fish with and I burry fish heads under my tomatos and peppers.

>I collect bottle caps
not op but this took me back
>be me
>4th grade fieldtrip
>glug glug water from a water bottle
>recycle the plastc
>remember.jpg
>bottle caps cannot be proporly recycled, they are at the last "stage"of being recycled or whatever
>pocketed the bottlecap to bring home for an art project or something
>later at the same field trip
>bottle cap rolls out of my pocket and off of a high up place
>the supervising teacher notices and screams at me in front of my peers
and so I never recycled again. Glad you're doing something cool though.

They are hobbies, they are just not unique hobbies. I asked for unique hobbies. Almost everyone watches movies, plays games, and listens to music.

>>84310436
That's a very cute hobby. I do not have any pictures of my enclosure, but here is one I found online. It is very simple to set up an enclosure for them, they just need a plastic bin with a tight fitting lid. You drill holes on one end of the bin, and fill the bin with dirt, leaf litter, moss, orchid bark, tree bark, and honestly any other natural things like that.

It's the hypocrisy of the definition. If OP is going to be a faggot, he should at least use his words correctly and not use the word "consume" as if he invented it himself
And I am the only person complaining
>>
>>84310373
I ride motorcycles and restored one last year. It is very nice just riding places you've never been, it is totally different than exploring in a car
>>
>>84310505
>unique hobbies
I missed the word "unique". My bad.
Still, there are many unique videogames, movies, music, and shitposts that easily qualify as "unique". Just say non-media based hobbies

gaming and music

You remind me of how I was as a kid. I was such a good little rule follower. Sorry you got screamed at for literally nothing jfc. It's strange how the weirdest people with the shortest fuses work with children.
>>84310505
Thank you for the compliment. And though you say it is simple, I know for a fact it is not. I have kept many critters like that myself ranging from hermit crabs to newts. Sorry to bug you but do you have to do anything for humidity or no?
>>
I grow peppers and tomatoes in pots on my window.
They're quite small and probably pathetic to any real gardener but I still get a kick out of seeing something grow out of a bit of dirt.

Holy based isopodChad. I've always wanted to get into them but they're hard to find in my country. What type is your favorite?

>unique hobbies
I write. I develop obsessions with random edgy shit and then write about it. Right now I'm working on a short novel about recent happenings in Ukraine. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to even try publish it but I'll see.
I guess I also scuba dive.
>>
>>84310517
I am OP, I never used the word "consume". You are attributing someone else's words to me.

>>84310565
It really is simple though, at least depending on the isopod you get. Most are relatively straightforward in their care. You do more harm than good by actively disrupting them too, so there is no reason to open their enclosure more than once or twice a week. And yes, you spray one side of the enclosure with water to keep it moist, and you leave the other side dry. This is called a moisture gradient, and the isopod can choose where they want to be whether they are feeling too wet or too dry.

Rubber duckies are my favorite.

tangentially related story regarding a teacher being a stupid fuck not knowing their actions really effect children

>be me, fourth grade
>have a history teacher that absolutely was out to get me (it may have been a race thing, I was the only person of my race in my class)
>every time she had the opportunity to, she would pick on me
>one time had some trash on my desk
>got up, walked to the trash can
>"ANON WHY DO I HAVE YOU CRUISING AROUND MY ROOM FOR"
>i'm just throwing something out
>"GO BACK TO YOUR SEAT NOW"
>i throw out what I was throwing out and start walking back to my seat
>"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING? NOW YOU CAN FISH WHATEVER YOU THREW OUT OUT OF THE TRASH AND TAKE IT BACK TO YOUR DESK"
>stick my hand into a mix of different lunches, take what I was throwing out out of the trash can, walk to my desk
>hear kids giggling, I just sit in my desk, put my head down, and start crying.

I am 30 years old now. I went through elementary school, middle school, high school, got my bachelors, and got my masters and am now working a cushy private sector job. I emailed this teacher like two years ago telling her this story and how it is a core memory for me as an adult and I hoped she was more careful with how she dealt with students nowadays. She never responded.
>>
>>84310730
She probably read it and laughed her ass off. I would have bullied you too you retarded nigger.
>>
>>84310705
Your inconsistent response rate will continue to lead to confusion until you fix it
>>
>>84310373
I personally keep underwater roaches (aka shrimps) for fun
>>
>>84310730
The only reason to hold a grudge is if you plan on using it
What are you going to do about it?
