I used to talk to this girl in uni, we weren't an item or anything, just fairly close friends. I fucked up, and had to leave uni, but we kept in contact through Discord, albeit sparse due to her having a job. ffw to 30th of December of last year, she messages me with "we've all agreed on it, do you wanna come over for the 31st?" (by we, I assumed the rest of the little group we were a part of). I said "yes" (atp I was 4 months out of uni, no job, no nothing, so a friendly evening would be nice.)Come 31st, and I ask in the morning "hey, where and when should I be?" (she never told me a thing and I assumed she would on the 31st, since, for all I knew, she had to do some stuff or sth could've happened). Nothing, not even throughout the day, so, at 4 in the afternoon, I said "fuck it", grabbed a few drinks with my family and played some games with my homies on Discord.Next day, I get a single message from her, 3 question marks, I explain to her that she didn't say a thing, to no response. I see the writing on the wall and remove her from my DMs and friend list (I clearly wasn't worth a single word).I know it shouldn't eat me like that, but I wonder if I fucked up somewhere.
